Fady Tanios is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of AmerX. He was formerly the CEO for Raven Securities from 2013 to 2015. He also founded Avant Trade in 2004, a proprietary investment company. Mr. Tanios is an early investor in blockchain, and remains a leader in cutting-edge, regulated financial instruments.

Brian Fraioli is AmerX's Chief Compliance Officer. He oversees the firm’s activities to comply with NYSE, FINRA & SEC regulations. He has been instrumental in expanding the AmerX Investment Banking practice. Prior to AmerX, Brian held positions at Who Trades, Pristine Capital Holdings, Sun Guard, CitiCorp Investment Holdings, Global Capital Markets, Terra Nova Trading and Royce investment Group. He currently holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 55, 63, 99, 4, 14 and 19 licenses.

Conn Davis is an Investment Banker with AmerX. He sources quality deals and works closely with issuers to properly structure those deals to present to a global client base. Prior to joining Amerx, Conn served as the Managing Director of Leeward Renewables, a holding co. focused on developing and investing in utility-scale renewable energy projects. Conn was previously a trader and portfolio manager for two large single-family offices. He is a graduate of Colgate University.

J. David Luce is a managing director at AmerX. He was previously a Portfolio Manager at Highland Capital Management. Before that, he served as Fixed Income Portfolio Manager at ICC Capital Management and as Senior Vice President of Fixed Income Sales at Barclays Capital, Lehman Brothers and Kidder Peabody. Mr. Luce is a private investment banker raising venture and mezzanine capital. He received his BA in Economics from Duke University in 1983.
