The duty of best execution requires that Americas Executions (“AmerX”) use reasonable diligence to ascertain the best market for a security and to execute customer orders so that the resulting price is as favorable as possible under prevailing market conditions. Best execution is a process obligation assessed using facts and circumstances, supported by order‑by‑order handling or a regular & rigorous review program that evaluates execution quality across venues, order types, and strategies. AmerX has implemented various pre-execution and post trade control reviews across its trading and sales areas to ensure that all orders are handled in the best interest of the customer. It is AmerX's goal and intention to provide customers with fast and accurate execution at the best contemporaneous market prices possible.
