Sarah Hindlian-Bolwer
Managing Director, Head of Public Technology Research
With over 20 years of experience, Sarah offers specialized insight into the complexities of technology and software investing. Her previous roles include Head of Technology Research - Americas, at Macquarie Group, Managing Director of Software Investment Banking at RBC, and Director, TMT on-desk analyst at JP Morgan. Earlier in her career, Sarah was Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of R Technologies, a privately held cloud computing company and Vice President at Goldman Sachs, working in various capacities related to technology investing.
Sarah is also the CEO and founder of Zevak Anoush, a venture-capital fund dedicated to investing in innovative companies, utilizing strategic vision to drive positive change in the startup ecosystem, partnering with other-mid-sized funds to create SVPs with a trusted network.
In addition to her professional work, Sarah was a long-time board member of Barefoot Workshops, a non-profit that assisted organizations and individuals to use media, music and the arts to accelerate progress and program goals in areas such as healthcare, conflict resolution, resettlement, civil rights, and democracy building.
Sarah earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wellesley College, graduating Magna Cum Laude and elected to Phi Beta Kappa. Additionally, she holds a Bachelor’s degree from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
David Feldman
Managing Director, Head of Private Technology Research
David will lead the analysis and coverage of disruptive and influential private AI Software companies, whose impacts are causing some of the biggest disruptions the Software industry has ever experienced. David is a seasoned investor and advisor with over 20 years of experience, with expertise in identifying, evaluating, investing, and exiting public and private technology companies with a software focus.
Prior to joining AmerX, he spent two decades at Weiss Multi-Strategy Advisers, a multi-billion, market neutral asset manager, as a Partner and Technology Investor, where he helped build and manage a technology portfolio, generating long tern consistent returns, and leading multiple successful IPO investments. Earlier in his career, he was an Analyst at Gemini Management Partners, a cross-over technology hedge fund and an Associate/Director in MetLife’s Private Equity Group.
David is an active Angel Investor and was also an Angel to IPO investor of ZOOM and ETOR. David holds an MBA in Finance and International Business from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BBA in Banking and Finance from Hofstra University Zarb School of Business.
Active in his community and alumni networks, David is a member of the Gramercy Park Block Association as well as the Hofstra University and Chicago Booth Alumni organizations.
